You know how everytime you go to the grocery store, you come home with like 30 more plastic bags (unless you have already made the more environmently friendly switch), but not the case in China unless you pay for it. Plastic bags are litterally everywhere here including blowing all over. They have put an end to it....if you charge people for the bags, less people will definitely not want them. I haven't been shopping since the big switch, but I am excited to see how/if people are using less bags and wether or not the rule is being enforced.

I like to get paper, just because it makes the kids that sack at Dillons ticked. Then, they tried to sell me some green bags to reuse. Maybe, until then, I will still make the baggers frustrated.
