Bedroom Buddies

July 17, 2007

Tally and Adayla's big day. Tonight they officially share a room. Tally's crib is up, they both have sheets (refer to bunny story below), and so it is 10 o'clock and they are still awake. It will get better and it will make our travels in the future much easier.

Tomorrow Adayla and Tim head to the doctor. Adayla has to have a physical before she can start school. She will be starting a preschool in the fall. We aren't sure yet how much she is going to go. I know she will love being around other kids, but I am not ready to be away from her. I will miss her. Thankfully, the school is on our complex grounds and just a five minute walk away. I just don't want her to grow up, she is such a sweet little peanut with spunk!

This place is just amazing. It has given me lots of time to contemplate lots of different things, from what is Chinese to the things that are really important to me. I just need to carry a pad around so I can write them down. I don't want to forget some of the feelings that I have had over the last 2 weeks. I will try to better in remembering so I can share them.

Well is time for me to head to bed and hopefully Tally too. We know when it is our bedtime as most buildings in the city turn their lights off at 11pm. Those silly girls are still awake. GO TO SLEEP! I know this is an adjustment for them and it will take a bit for them to get used to it. They are so cute together, families are the best!
